04What happens when I run out of analysis?
You will be prompted to upgrade your plan. Always download your PDF reports right after each analysis. Results are temporary and will be lost when you log out, click "New Entry", or close the tab. Switching to Pricing and back is safe within the same session. Your downloaded PDFs and account stay safe. Contact us to upgrade or add more analysis anytime.
05What types of microscopy images are supported?
The platform supports both brightfield and darkfield live blood microscopy images in JPG, PNG, or WEBP format. You can upload up to 6 images per analysis for comprehensive evaluation.
